Invoice requests for the previous billing system from the account owner: collecting the date range, looking up invoices, and handing off the links or the details for a manual search. Refunds and invoices from the current billing system are out of scope.
Live since September 4, 2026, with 56 conversations through October 8 and a CX Score of 89.4% (47 rated). The automated lookup is finding invoices far less often than designed (1 of 10 in a sample), so most requests still need a manual search. Finding out why is the current work.
