The sales analytics dashboard is a beta reporting tool that only a school's primary owner can use, and it has to be set up by hand. This project qualifies access requests (owner check, which school, existing access) and hands them to the team that activates the dashboard, so that team doesn't have to go back and ask.
Requests for dashboard access: eligibility, triage questions, the multi-school email warning, and the handoff. Setting up the dashboard stays with the activating team.
Live, with 19 conversations through October 8, 2026. The handoff is reliable (17 of 19, none stuck) and CX Score is 85.71% (14 rated). But only 5 of 17 handoffs reached the activating team, against a 95% target. Fixing that routing is the current work.
