Creators asking for a tax exemption on their plan, or a refund of tax on a plan invoice, need the right documents collected before a finance review, and those differ for U.S. and non-U.S. schools. This project has Fin collect them and turn the conversation into a ticket for review, without colliding with the two other tax procedures already live.
Plan-level tax exemption and plan-invoice tax refund requests: document collection by location, ticket creation and handoff. The finance review and anything after it stay with people. Student and product-level tax requests have their own procedures.
Live since September 2, 2026, and low-volume as designed: 12 conversations through October 8, with 5 reaching the ticket handoff. Why 7 ended early is the open question.
