Connecting a custom domain is one of the most error-prone setups a creator goes through. This project has Fin check the creator's actual configuration from screenshots of their DNS records, tell them exactly what to change, and hand off only when the problem is beyond configuration.
Custom domain and subdomain setup, verification and configuration-related certificate problems, in two procedures. Account-level problems and some older domain setups go to a person.
Live since mid-September 2026. Through October 8, the root-domain procedure handled 46 conversations and the subdomain one 9. Self-serve resolution is below the over-80% target, and subdomains escalate more than expected. The before-and-after comparison is still to come.
